Nanoreality Games Limited and its affiliates ( Nanoreality , us , our or we ) dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of our users ( users or you ). This policy (together with our Terms of Service and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us when you use the Nanoreality Websites/App, and various Nanoreality Services, will be processed by us. Nanoreality is not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. A. Information we collect from you:

We will collect and process the following data about you:

1. Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our Service www.nanoreality.com and (our site) or by corresponding with us by e-mail contact@nanoreality.com. It includes information you provide when you register to use our Service, subscribe to any of our Service(s), search for a product, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our Website/App, enter a competition, promotion or survey, create unions through our Game apps and when you report a problem with our Service. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information and personal description]. Credit Card Transactions: we do not store any credit card information (Name, number, exp date) for any purchases.

2. Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our Services we will automatically collect the following information:
• technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer and devices to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

B. COOKIES

1. Our Services may use cookies to distinguish you from other users of our Services. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Service and also allows us to improve our Service.. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the sites and Service and then close your browser. .

2. Affiliate Cookies. When you click on a link, dropdown, coupon, offer or advertisement on our Website/App and /or Game you will be redirected to a partner (advertiser) site via affiliate cookies.

C. SOCIAL MEDIA (FEATURES) AND WIDGETS

Our Service includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Service. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Service, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Service. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the Privacy Policy of the company providing it.

D. iOS AND ANDROID PLATFORMS

1. When you use any of Nanoreality Games or applications on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, media access control ( MAC ) address, international mobile equipment identity ( IMEI ), the version of your operating system ( OS ), your device name, your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and your location (based on your Internet Protocol ( IP ) address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends.

2. We may collect your location based information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version of the application and so you may interact with other users of the Service. We will not share this information with any third party without your permission. If you no longer wish to allow us to track or use this information, you may turn it off at the device level. Please note, the application may not work properly if we are unable to tell where you are coming from (Country specific)

3. In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Nanoreality Games you are playing.


E. FACEBOOK CONNECT, GAME CENTER AND GOOGLE+

1. You can log in to our Website/App using sign-in services ( SN Service ) such as Facebook Connect, LinkedIn, Apple's Game Center, or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and resume to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this website to your profile page to share with others within your network.

2. We may collect and record information through the SN Service in accordance with the policies and terms of that SN Service. The information we collect when you connect your user account to an SN Service may include: (1) your name, (2) your SN Service user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the SN Service user identification numbers for your friends that are also connected to Nanoreality's Game(s).

3. If you want us to delete the data we receive from Facebook, Game Center or Google+ about you, please contact us at contact@nanoreality.com.

F. INVITE A FRIEND

Nanoreality may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts from a SN Service (such as your Facebook friends) so that those contacts can be located in Nanoreality Games and/or you can invite them to join you in Nanoreality Games. Such contact information will be used only for the purpose of sending communications to the addressee. You or the third party may contact us contact@nanoreality.com to request the removal of this information from our database to the extent Nanoreality stores any of this information.

G. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

We use information held about you in the following ways:

We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non-Identifying Information) to provide you with and improve Nanoreality, including to offer and administer the Nanoreality Reward program and any associated sweepstakes, and to respond to your requests for support. Your Non-Identifying Information, such as device ID's and profile information can be made available by Nanoreality and its partners to help target ads to you. This is all non identifying information which you agree to sharing when you download any of Nanoreality’s applications. Any information that you provide to Nanoreality either implicitly or explicitly can be used by Nanoreality, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners to help tailor services to you, or for any other purposes to which you consent.

4. External links: Our Website/Game/app has links or ads to other sites. We are not responsible for their content, activities or the way they use the information they collect and/or you may provide to them. Please review their privacy policies.


I. Where we store your personal data

We store information on servers located in the United States of America and may store information on servers and equipment’s in other countries.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
